Our Community

Kiley Ranch Communities is an efficient, live-work community where people can live, work, shop, play, and connect within a resource conservative, environmentally sensitive, healthy and balanced environment. We believe that a community should link its residents and employees to the regional trails and road infrastructure, thereby giving them greater flexibility in their daily transportantion needs. Our interconnected system of trails, buke paths, gathering spaces and amenities enable residents ot enjoy a rich and satisfying lifestyle.

Our Linear Park will be a showpiece of high desert landscape, honoring the history of the family ranch and the splendor of Spanish Springs as it moves through our site connection to the Washoe County Lazy 5 Regional Park. Our hope is to also include some of the unique existing buildings from the ranch throughout the project. An old Granary refurbished into a visitor's center for the Wildlife Wetland Preserve, the old Stone House revived to be a community meeting house or a rustic barn as a home for a farmers market or nursery - just another example of respecting the environment while paying tribute to the history of the ranch.
