Location

The proposed Kiley Ranch master planned community includes approximately 800 acres located in the Spanish Springs Valley within the northern Sparks, Nevada, sphere of influence. The community is bisected by Pyramid Lake Highway and extends the full width of the Spanish Springs Valley.
